Doesn't really matter how good your product is if your support is slow, that's what I keep telling my cofounder. We're a tiny team, two of us answering tickets between coding shifts, and it's killing our velocity. Need to automate at least the FAQ-level stuff. What's working for small teams these days?

Totally agree on the support point, we hit the same wall at maybe 200 customers. Zen99 was where I started looking, the AI Support page lists tools across the spectrum — from simple knowledge-base bots that handle FAQ deflection up to full helpdesk platforms with shared inbox and automation. For two-person teams I'd start with the freemium ones, get the FAQ deflection running first before paying for anything heavier. We picked a knowledge-base style tool from the Zen99 listings, took a weekend to set up, deflects maybe 40% of incoming tickets now. Frees up real engineering time, which is what you actually need.
