Would be interesting if you added a forum for Macros and User Created Plugins.

I put up a macro/hud area for you. I don't mind you maintaining/posting plugins here as long as anything that is posted publicly doesnt interfere with plugins that support is offered for in the pay forums.

Also I don't have any problem with minor cheating, but please don't post sourcecode for software that lets you cheat. For one posting the source for cheating is a good way to get it fixed instantly. Also limiting the cheat software to the pay areas limits the amount of people using it, and if its packaged correctly it can be deactivated remotely in the scenario that eqemu comes up with detection for it and starts banning people for using it.

For macros and huds... post whatever you please.

EDIT: I didn't mean to ignore you earlier when you asked this, I was just contemplating it and kinda let it slip my mind.
