Added NPC emote text on the npc general info screen. This is text that shows up when you hail, kill, aggro, spawn etc. This does not show quest triggered text. This is more like the text that shows up when fippy dark paw dies and makes a barking emote. Things that are more generic than the scripted things in text files.

Some hail text is handled by quests, that won’t show yet.
