I'm making some changes to the popup boxes and its taking longer to implement than I had anticipated. It mostly works everywhere but It's not updated on any of the bar/pie charts yet. So those may not be behaving until I get it corrected. It'll probably be one in the next day or two.

its 90% of the way there now, you can display the data now but I haven't added the new popup titlebar/features on the pages with charts.
