Added a Primary Faction view to the faction page.

The NPCs that Raise/Lower are NPCS that effect that faction if you kill them. The new Primary Faction option are NPCs that use that faction as their primary, so their KOS/Consider is based on that faction. NPCs that Lower and the Primary Faction view will typically have many of the same NPCs but not always. E.G.

Sir Lucan lowers Coalition of Tradefolk Underground if you kill him:
