This hopefully fixes a crash. Not exactly sure what was going on. When BestDuratsionFocus would get to slot 11, ranged, it would crash trying to get information about the item. This was on a custom server so perhaps there was something atypical about the item. Just guessing. I'm going on breadcrumbs so I'm not 100% sure it's fixed. Please let me know if anyone has problems.

Fixed the issue with casting items. Also merged several contemporary sources, mostly cause the code was cleaned up but there was a lot of other small changes/fixes and I'm not done trying everything out but I went ahead and posted it. Let me know if you have issues.
