Might be a latency issues between you and the server or any other related network issue.
I started using mq2netadvpath last time I played and used it for a solid month with no issue.
It's been some time since I looked at the source but warp is detected based on distance moved between server checks on last known location : current location or something like that.
PoK is kind of known for being a pretty terrible zone in terms of lag, rubber banding and related issues.
I have several versions of the source for the plugin and never saw anything that I would not expect to see for what it's stated purpose is.
tldr: 90% sure it's not the plugin but latency related. Feel free to respond with any questions you might have as well as any details about client, server, average ping etc.
