I can't get /casting to crash on RoF2

/casting "Minor Healing"

Manually clicking a spell gem.
Manually clicking an item with a spell effect.
/itemnotify leftwrist rightmouseup
Manually clicking an AA icon.
/alt activate #

They all work. I'm testing this on the PEQ server with standard items/spells/spellfile/etc.

For further testing, I suggest you either
1. Create a L1 character on PEQ and try some basic /casting commands (in case it's a server issue).
2. Start from scratch. Don't copy/paste ANY file from any previous installation (in case it's an installation/configuration issue).

i had a lot of issues with RoF2 cast crashing as well, but it all seemed to be spell file related. there are issues with ` vs ' in file vs db, etc. id check the debug log and you can typically see a substring of the spell/ability crashing you.

You on a custom server cream? There's an issue with custom spell IDs being too big, but I could have swore I fixed it on RoF2.

no, peq. prolly could have fixed it one way or another but ran out of gas trying to sort through all the rof2 issues: went back to underfoot.

the wineq crashing issue alone got to be quite a pain.
