What current compiling software do you guys use for MQ2?
I am not a competent software programmer, more like a meddlesome dabbler who isn't afraid of error messages and blue screens. (the worst type of programmer maybe?)


I've used multiple different compilers in the past, both visual and command line, to attempt with varying degrees of success in compiling Mq2.

What do you guys use? I always compile my own, and have been known to borrow non-banned plugins from outside sources and edit them to fit SoD/Titanium.

Visual Studio Express C++ 2008 on my laptop and Visual Studio Professional on my desktop. I have 2010 on both also but never bothered to upgrade the solution files. I would assume they work fine also.

Thanks for the heads up Sorv. I've been using VSE C++ 8.0 as well, just wondered if there was a better solution.

I need to brush up on my C++ from 12 years ago. I miss being proud of my snippets.
