I rewrote the front page to allow admins more dynamic access. The unused gallery link has been removed, and the who's online is removed. Who's online is available as a link in the footer now.

In addition the front page migrated to mqemulator.net/ instead of mqemulator.net/forum2/home.php. It isn't necessary to update any bookmarks as the old page will redirect
