On the game search page there used to be a regular item search and an advanced item search. They were split because the advanced item search was very slow to load. It's been updated to optimize it so it opens quickly now. Since it was quick now I consolidated the two search types into one that includes everything.

In addition to that I added a new set of filters, "Source" . That will let you filter by items that are only dropped, sold, ground spawn, foraged, used in recipes or crafted.

The result page had its str/sta/dex/agi columns replaced with sortable columns that show those same filters. E.G. there is a dropped column (small skull icon) that displays how many NPCs drop the item.
