Sorry it took awhile to answer. I did not realize how few instant click items I have that I bothered to hotkey in that way. There are not many that have short recast times.

Vulthrix, the Warden's Whip (item 120972) has a 45 sec recast. It behaves the same way...kill and recast do not work.

I am thinking that many of the more advanced scripter players simply code their way around it...they simply use a few lines that have a clock timer like pause or whatever, and then click the clicky, and have another line that watches to see if the mob is still alive. But I am not one of those guys. I want the dll to do the job as intended.
