Someone sent me a PM about how to do this. If you want to talk to lendiniara the keeper just do a search for her. Select her and her NPC page will come up. The one that lists her drops and stats and all that stuff. While that page is loading it looks through every single zone to see if there is a quest file for that NPC. If there is it will link it in two spots. In the title bar it will add a lil red button that says "vNPC" and also at the top of the right column it will add a link with the name of the zone that NPC quest file was in. This is important to not because some NPC's have diff quest files in diff zones. Check out zordak ragefire, he pops in soldungb and skyfire, and the quest files in each zones to diff things.

it should be noted that just because an npc has a quest file in a zone, it doesnt 100% mean that the NPC spawns there... It seems odd that it would be like that, but its possible.
