Is their any other way to send commands to my other characters from my main character's window, without using EQBC?
Sorry for the delay on this.
You can always use macro events. Lots of macros listen for special text: buffs, turning on/off certain behavior, etc. Without EQBC you have to use /group or /guild or /rsay which means slightly different text to listen for, but the same basic idea applies.
